
Say "NO" to sugar! You are already sweet enough! Patients have heard this for years from their dentists but the confirmation from the World Health Organization about the negative effects of sugar on the cadiovascular system should convince all of us to limit our intake of sugar. This includes table sugar, honey, maple syrup, high fructose corn syrup, as well as sucrose added to baked goods such as pies, cakes and even some breads!
